SRC Grants

Making difference where it matters the most.

Student Development Grant

The best grant on the planet?

Student Development Grants provide funding to individual Quest students with the intention of promoting community engagement, student initiatives, activism/advocacy events, and skills training within. Grants of up to $500 for individuals are allocated in two categories: Certification Grants and Conference Grants. Examples of Certification Grants include WFR training, avalanche safety trainings, workshop facilitation training, etc. Conference Grants can be used at conferences or other academic activities.

Student Initiative Grant

Or is this the best grant on the planet?

Student Initiative Grants are similar to Student Development Grants, but are specifically for on-campus projects like the Kermode Cave, the recording studio, etc. If you have an idea for a space, facility, or feature that doesn't exist on campus but you think should, Student Initiative Grants can help you build the space and provide you with valuable experience in project development.
